海水提升塔提升驱动装置侧卧安装在支撑座上。它由电动机、减速器、小齿轮及安装底座等组成。其中电动机制动器在不工作时,摩擦片受弹簧力处于制动状态;在工作时磁铁线圈通电使弹簧压缩,摩擦片放松解除制动状态,因此它具有可靠的机械制动。
由于在结构上减少了摩擦损失,因此有稳定性好,传动效率高,噪音低的特点。减速机为斜齿轮和伞齿轮组合,具有传动扭矩大、噪音小及工作平稳等特点。减速机的输出端安装直齿轮与海水提升塔塔架上的齿条啮合,通过电动机的正反转实现海水提升塔塔架的上升或下降。
小齿轮的终端设置固定支架,防止海水提升塔塔架在摇晃时减速器受到径向的冲击,延长机构使用寿命。
Elevating driven device is side mounted on the support base, consisting of motors, reducers, pinions, bases and other components. When the electric motor brake does not work, the friction plate will stay in the braking state by the spring force. When the magnetic coil is energized to compress the spring, the friction plate relaxes and releases the braking state, so the mechanical brake system is reliable. As this structure reduces the loss of friction, it owns good stability, high transmission efficiency, low noise characteristics. Reducer combines the helical gears and bevel gear, with the advantages of a large torque transmission, lower noise and smoothing stably and so on. The output side of the reducer is installed with the spur gear to mesh with the rack on the tower, and the tower can be raised or lowered by the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. In the terminal of pinion set the fixed bracket to prevent the tower shaking by impact of the radial reducer and to extend the life of institutions.
