海水提升塔塔架为钢管焊接的桁架结构,具有强度高、稳定性好、重量轻及迎风面积小充分利用有效空间的等特点。海水提升装置塔架共有四根管子,其中两根为海水输送管道,下端安装有潜水泵。另外两根为塔架的移动支承轨道管,轨道管上安装有齿条和安全装置。在四根管子上设置1~N个区域高度,每个区域高度设有海水出口(根据工作需要),管道端部设置蝶阀开关和速换接头。以便于操作快捷省力。联接紧固件均为不锈钢材质。
The tower is truss structure welded by steel tubes, which is with the advantages of high strength, good stability, light weight and small windward area, full using of effective space and so on. The tower has four pipes, two of which are seawater pipes with submersible pumps. The other two are the moving support rails of the tower, set up with racks and safety devices. 1~N regional heights are set on the four tubes, each of which is with seawater outlet (according to operational needs). The end of the pipeline is equipped with butterfly valves and quick-change connectors in order to operate quickly and effort. Connections and fittings are all made of stainless steel.(安海船舶提供)
